The theater journey of Gioca Mistero began in 2017 when the Association organized, on behalf of the Municipality of Massa, the event PassaggidiScena, a marathon of amateur theatrical associations dedicated to a day celebrating theater.

The event, held at the Teatro Guglielmi in Massa, was a great success and inspired the members to actively engage in writing and staging theatrical productions.

 

To date, Gioca Mistero has been gaining experience in the field, staging several original works and, in 2019, tackling "Rule of Three" a play by the queen of mystery, Agatha Christie, performed in Massa and Bagni di Lucca.

 

In 2022, the Association returned to the theater with "Going back with murder", also by Agatha Christie, and followed up with great success in 2023 with "The Hollow"
