Going back to murder

By Agatha Christie
After receiving a letter from beyond the grave, Carla Crale becomes convinced that her mother, who died in prison, was wrongfully convicted of her father's murder. In a passionate attempt to clear her mother's name, she persuades those who were present at the crime to return to the scene and "rewind" 15 years to recount their version of events.
The play seamlessly shifts between past and present, with personal testimonies distorted by time, bias, and individual perception. By analyzing each suspect's account and the inconsistencies among them, the drama unveils a chilling and terrible truth.
The play is an adaptation of the novel Five Little Pigs. In this version, the role of Poirot is replaced by a young lawyer, Justin Fogg, the son of the attorney who originally handled the case.
